One Minute Goals
One Minute praising
One Minute reprimand

One minute Goal setting is simply - Agree on your goals, write out each of your goals, take a minute each day to see that you are working towards your goals and see where you stand.

One minute praising - taking a minute to tell people what they did right and be specific, praise people immediately, encourage them to do more of the same .

One minute reprimand - taking a minute to tell people what they did wrong and how you feel about it, remind them of how much you value them, reaffirm that you think well of them but not of their performance’s in this situation.
